🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Incident Management – Own incidents from triage to resolution, lead major incident calls, and ensure SLA adherence
✔ Problem Management – Drive RCA, lead post-incident reviews, and eliminate recurring issues
✔ Change Management – Coordinate change requests, risk assessments, and CAB meetings
✔ Release Coordination – Manage release schedules and ensure smooth deployments
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years in IT Operations / Service Management
✅ Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
✅ Solid understanding of ITIL framework (certification preferred)
✅ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
✅ Ability to manage high-severity incidents (P1/P2)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
