Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level IT Software Business Analyst with strong experience in .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and REST API support. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Technical Support & Development
  • Provide functional and technical support for .NET applications and Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Assist in REST API integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Agile & Collaboration
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation
• Project Coordination
  • Manage multiple tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals
• Team Collaboration
  • Work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Hands-on experience with REST API development/support
• Expertise in SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and source control tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-level CRM implementations
• Exposure to data visualization best practices and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
