IT Service Management Analyst

We’re Hiring: IT Service Management Analyst (ServiceNow)

📍 Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid)
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months – Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Management Analyst to join the Service Management Department and help enhance and mature the ServiceNow ecosystem including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IT Asset Management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance ServiceNow Discovery schedules
• Improve Service Mapping and CMDB accuracy
• Support Hardware & Software Asset Management (ITAM / HAM Pro / SAM Pro)
• Enhance ServiceNow Knowledge Management practices
• Provide CMDB guidance during weekly office hours (audits, lifecycle tasks, queries)
• Work on ITSM ServiceNow stories and UAT for monthly sprints
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and integrations
• Support initiatives across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM

🚀 Upcoming Initiatives:
• Streamlining CMDB maintenance activities
• Re-evaluating and maturing the CSDM framework
• Implementing ITAM Publisher Packs & vendor integrations
• Improving CMDB reconciliation for discovered CIs
• Enhancing self-service reporting with ServiceNow & Power BI
• Building training sessions and documentation for CMDB & ITAM

✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Configuration Management experience (Yokohama instance or later)
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph / Integrations (Intune, Tanium, SAM/HAM providers)
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting & dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Highly organized with strong planning and time management abilities
