Looking for an experienced IT Support Professional with strong application support + database skills to join a State of Georgia project on a long-term contract.

🔧 Role Overview
You will provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise-level third-party applications, working closely with users, developers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain systems.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Provide front-end & back-end application support
Troubleshoot and resolve user/system issues
Support application deployment, configuration & debugging
Perform data analysis & write SQL queries/stored procedures
Work with Agile teams and assist in system improvements
Train users and support ongoing system usage

💡 Required Skills
5–7+ years in technical/application support
Strong experience with:
JavaScript & Groovy Script
SQL / PL-SQL / Oracle / T-SQL
XML & scripting
Experience supporting 3rd party applications
Knowledge of Java-based web applications
