IT Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of total experience, including at least 5+ years as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of middle-tier systems, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of:

·        Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services

·        iOS/Android mobile development concepts (Swift, iOS architecture patterns like MVC/MVVM, API consumption, app workflows) — hands‑on coding experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience managing projects involving both mobile and backend integration.
• Experience working with global Agile teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background as a developer or tech lead before transitioning into PM roles.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience managing mobile + backend integrated deliveries.
• Understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and release management.
