IT Project Manager

W2 Position-Hiring: IT Project Manager (Finance Background) – Remote
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Financial Services / Banking domain to join our team on a remote basis.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within finance/banking domain
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder communication
Work closely with business, technology, and compliance teams
Drive Agile / Scrum or Waterfall project execution
Ensure risk management, governance, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
🔹 Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech
Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programs
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps
🔹 Preferred:
PMP / CSM certification
Experience in core banking, payments, fraud, or risk systems
Exposure to data, cloud, or digital transformation projects
