🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Lead end-to-end delivery of mid to large-scale IT projects

✔️ Drive execution across applications, integrations & AI-enabled solutions

✔️ Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks & stakeholder communication

✔️ Partner with business & tech teams to deliver high-quality solutions

✔️ Ensure alignment with SDLC, governance & compliance standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong experience in Commercial Lines / P&C Insurance domain

✅ Proven track record managing complex IT projects

✅ Expertise in Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies

✅ Hands-on with tools like MS Project, Planview, SharePoint

✅ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

🎯 PMP preferred | CPCU is a big plus
