Required Skills:
IT procurement and purchasing experience
RFQ, RFP, IFB and bid processing
Knowledge of state policies and procurement regulations
Vendor coordination and purchase order processing
Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred:
Experience with NC state systems (IPS)
Strong contract interpretation skills
