We’re Hiring: Intel Unite Support (Infrastructure)
📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer with experience supporting Intel Unite environments, enterprise collaboration systems, and endpoint infrastructure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain operational runtime of Intel Unite servers, including off-hours outage support
• Perform patching, upgrades, and testing for Unite Servers, Hubs, and Clients
• Work with SCCM teams to build and deploy upgrade packages
• Test compatibility with Microsoft updates, AV tools, SCCM, and hardware platforms
• Support Windows, Mac, and iOS Unite clients
• Troubleshoot advanced end-user issues beyond Tier-1 support
• Monitor Unite Hub health and infrastructure performance
• Manage asset tracking, deployment documentation, and outage communications
• Coordinate with Intel support teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
