What You’ll Do
Provide technical & transactional support across digital channels, file delivery, and API services.
Proactively monitor and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
Own incidents end-to-end, perform RCA, and drive durable fixes.
Safeguard sensitive data while ensuring compliance with governance and risk policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver service excellence.

Required Qualifications
4–7 years of experience with MFT systems & protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, Connect:Direct).
Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Flexibility to support a 24/7 hybrid environment.
Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Understanding of PGP encryption, SSH/SSL keys, and basic networking concepts.

Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with MFT tools (Axway, IBM Sterling, TIBCO).
Familiarity with monitoring/ticketing platforms (Netcool, ServiceNow).
Experience in automation frameworks to reduce operational toil.
