Job Title: IT Infrastructure Architect with AI Skilled – Observability & Infrastructure (Dynatrace)

Location preference: Brentwood, TN – Hybrid role

Duration: Long term

Overview:

Seeking an IT Solutions Architect with a strong background in observability platforms and enterprise infrastructure architecture to support several large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives across the organization.

While this role will continue to support broad architectural responsibilities across multiple infrastructure teams, the primary focus has shifted heavily toward observability engineering and platform strategy — specifically around Dynatrace administration, implementation, optimization, and enterprise adoption.

This individual will help lead architecture discussions, establish monitoring and observability standards, support platform integrations, and guide technical direction across infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on infrastructure or systems administration background and have grown into architecture-level responsibilities, particularly within observability and monitoring ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and technical strategy initiatives across infrastructure and operations teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynatrace and enterprise observability initiatives
• Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments
• Develop architecture standards, governance, and best practices for monitoring platforms
• Partner with infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and engineering teams to improve visibility and operational performance
• Evaluate existing monitoring tools and recommend modernization opportunities
• Support enterprise-wide troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and operational health initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and administrators
• Assist with roadmap planning and future-state architecture discussions 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience
• 2+ years of architecture-level or technical leadership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and observability platforms
• Deep understanding of enterprise monitoring, alerting, and performance management concepts
• Experience supporting large enterprise infrastructure environments
