Informatica Mdm Hub Developer/Lead

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems
• Integrate MDM Hub with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses)
• Develop workflows, mappings, and data integration processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical teams
• Maintain documentation and enforce best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM (Hub) development
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub
• Experience with data modeling and master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier)
• Knowledge of match/merge logic and data cleansing techniques
• Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading MDM projects or teams
• Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• MDM certification (Informatica or equivalent)
