Informatica Mdm Hub Developer/Lead

• Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture guidance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance requirements
• Optimize MDM performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Manage data stewardship processes and hierarchy management
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in MDM environments
• Mentor junior developers and lead delivery teams (for Lead role)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or MDM development
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub
• Experience with data modeling (logical and physical models)
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with data integration tools (Informatica PowerCenter or similar)
• Strong understanding of data quality, cleansing, and governance concepts
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Informatica MDM certification
• Experience with Informatica IDQ (Data Quality)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with APIs, web services, and middleware integration
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to domains like Customer 360, Product 360, or Supplier 360
