🔧 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Strong experience in IBM Sterling File Gateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control Center
✔ Expertise in installation, upgrade, and configuration of IBM Sterling
✔ Experience with Fortra Globalscape & GoAnywhere
✔ Hands-on knowledge of Linux & Windows commands
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills (system, network, and application level)
✔ Willingness to support 24/7 operations & on-call duties
✨ Good-to-Have Skills:
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Documentation expertise
✔ Knowledge of Python / PowerShell scripting
📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage file transfers using File Gateway & Global Mailbox
🔹 Troubleshoot issues across IBM Sterling components, systems & networks
