Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM MQ Administrator to manage, support, and maintain messaging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IBM MQ environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer IBM MQ environments
• Monitor and maintain MQ queues, channels, and queue managers
• Troubleshoot and resolve MQ-related issues and performance bottlenecks
• Implement security policies including SSL/TLS, authentication, and authorization
• Support high availability and disaster recovery configurations
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams for integration and support
• Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with IBM MQ Administration
• Experience with MQ clustering, queue managers, and channel configurations
• Knowledge of messaging concepts and middleware integration
• Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell, Python)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
