Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Migration Consultant to lead and support complex migration, upgrade, and architecture initiatives across enterprise document management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FileNet, Content Manager environments, and database migrations, with a proven ability to ensure system resilience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute migration of large and complex FileNet databases (DB2 and Oracle).
Manage and support Content Manager environments, including MSAR and SnapLock migrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet MSS synchronization between Production and Disaster Recovery (DR) Image Services.
Perform monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning of FileNet systems.
Lead FileNet P8 and IBM Content Navigator migration and upgrade activities.
Design and implement architecture solutions for document management systems.
Execute platform migrations from AIX to Linux, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and validation.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and best practices.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-migration support.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in IBM FileNet migration projects.
4+ years of experience working with DB2 and Oracle databases in migration scenarios.
4+ years of experience in Content Manager systems, including MSAR and SnapLock.
4+ years of experience in troubleshooting and monitoring FileNet MSS synchronization.
4+ years of experience in IBM Content Navigator and FileNet P8 migration and planning.
4+ years of experience in designing and implementing upgrades and migrations.
Hands-on experience in AIX to Linux migration projects.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
Familiarity with scripting, automation, and system monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
