Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM DataPower Engineer to design, develop, and manage secure API and integration solutions using IBM DataPower. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API gateway technologies, security protocols, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage IBM DataPower Gateway solutions
• Develop and deploy APIs and integration services
• Implement security policies including authentication, authorization, and encryption
• Work with development teams to integrate backend services
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and security issues
• Monitor and maintain DataPower environments
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataPower Gateway
• Experience with API management and gateway technologies
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SSL/TLS, JWT)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (HTTP, TCP/IP)
