Ibm BPM Developer

• Customize UI and coach views for business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve process execution and performance issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and refine workflows
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases
• Optimize process performance and ensure scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in BPM development or workflow automation
• Strong experience with IBM Business Process Manager or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services integration
• Strong understanding of Java or scripting for BPM extensions
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
• Familiarity with IBM WebSphere
• Knowledge of microservices and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• IBM BPM / BAW certifications
