IAM Sailpoint Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IAM SailPoint Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and support enterprise identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, API integrations, directory services, and security governance. This role requires close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

·       Configure and support user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

·       Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs.

·       Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors using Java and BeanShell.

·       Manage identity governance processes, including access requests, certifications, and access reviews.

·       Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, and other enterprise identity repositories.

·       Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide ongoing operational support.

·       Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

·       Optimize identity management processes to improve efficiency and security.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM best practices and enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications:

·       10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

·       Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

·       Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access management.

·       Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SQL.

·       Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.

·       Good understanding of security, compliance, identity governance, and access control best practices.

·       Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Okta, AWS, PowerShell, or Terraform is a plus.

·       SailPoint certifications and experience with enterprise security frameworks are highly preferred.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
