- 8+ years of production support experience
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and security best practices
- Excellent expertise in Linux (required), networking (TCP/IP), and information security
- Well-versed in ITIL processes, including incident and problem management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, ownership, and pride in deliverables
- Results-driven, resilient, and persistent when facing complex challenges
- CISSP or equivalent information security certification is a plus
