🚀 Hiring: IAM Architect (SailPoint ISC)

We are looking for a strong IAM Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our team in Miami, Florida.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions
Design IAM architecture, role models, and access policies
Drive migration from SailPoint IIQ to ISC
Configure Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, access requests, certifications
Onboard applications using connectors (AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, SAP, AWS)
Work with SCIM, REST APIs, JSON, BeanShell for integrations/customizations
Develop transforms, API-based solutions, and IAM automation
Ensure compliance with SoD, SOX, GDPR standards
Create HLD/LLD, support stakeholders, and assist in pre-sales (RFP/RFI)
Mentor and guide junior team members


🔹 Required Skills:
10+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) and IIQ
Expertise in RBAC, ABAC, role mining, access modeling
Experience with DevOps / CI-CD for IAM automation
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
