Job Description
Executive and leadership reporting support

Maintain and refresh recurring dashboards and reports (e.g., EPS scorecard, workforce metrics, operational measures).
Support ad hoc executive requests tied to leadership updates, planning cycles, and structure changes.
Tools: Workday, Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, PowerPoint
Short-term backlog reduction
Work through existing analytics requests or enhancements that are defined but paused due to capacity constraints.
Deliver clearly scoped outputs rather than net-new exploratory analytics.
Documentation & handoff support
Document report logic, assumptions, and data sources to reduce future single-point-of-failure risk.
Prepare materials to support eventual transition back to internal team ownership
