Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, along with hands-on experience validating ServiceNow version upgrades and custom applications built on the NOW Platform.

The candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills and be capable of working closely with developers, administrators, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure high-quality platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end functional testing of ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
• Validate ServiceNow version upgrades and ensure system stability, compatibility, and regression coverage
• Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
• Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
• Validate custom applications and workflows built on the NOW Platform
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and platform teams to understand requirements and testing scope
• Participate in release validation and production deployment testing activities
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, testing standards, and best practices 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Functional Testing
• Minimum 5+ years of experience testing ServiceNow version upgrades
• Strong experience working with:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • ITAM
• Experience testing custom applications on the ServiceNow NOW Platform
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and testing processes
• Experience with regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation testing using:
  • ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
  • Selenium
  • Java
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps testing practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
