We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to support an engagement with Oracle Corp.
📍 Location: Remote (Some travel required)

🔑 Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Compensation
• Experience with Grades, Grade Ladders, Grade Steps
• Ability to configure Compensation components in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience with Visual Builder Express (VB Express) personalization
• Ability to create basic reports using OTBI
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Understanding of cross-module HCM integrations

• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Present solutions and lead functional discussions with clients
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization
