Hardware_Engineer

Lead and guide development of flight-critical electronic hardware
Oversee ASIC, FPGA, and PLD design changes
Drive and support RTCA/DO-254 compliance with FAA regulations
Partner with suppliers to improve quality, delivery, cost, and technical performance
Support design reviews, audits, and risk mitigation activities
Collaborate across Boeing teams to meet program and customer objectives

🔹 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field
7+ years of experience in complex electronic/electrical system development
5+ years working with certified airborne electronic hardware
Strong hands-on DO-254 experience
FPGA experience is a plus
FAA DER / AR / EUM experience is highly desirable
