Role: Guidewire Tech Lead
Location: Boston, MA(Onsite) / Remote

 

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire TechLead to lead development and implementation of Guidewire
InsuranceSuiteapplications (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter).

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementation projects.
• Design and develop solutions in the Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
• Integrate Guidewire with third-party systems
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support production releases and issue resolution

Required Skills:
 

• Minimum. 4+ years of Guidewire (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter).
• Knowledge of the Guidewire data model and configuration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology (Good to Have)
• Guidewire Certification
• Cloud implementation experience (GuidewireCloud)
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain
