Hiring: Guidewire Technical Lead | Accenture (Hybrid – US)
Locations: Hartford, CT | Hunt Valley, MD | St Paul, MN | Atlanta, GA
Local candidates only (3 days onsite)
Key Requirements:
• Guidewire Policy Center (Cloud – Niseko/Oulu/Las Lenas) – 8+ years
• Guidewire Integration – 5+ years
• Advanced Product Designer (APD) – hands-on code/entity generation
• Strong development experience (not just support)
• Active Guidewire Certification (ACE preferred)
• Technical Lead experience – 2+ years
• Hands-on with Java and Apache Camel (Integration Gateway)
• Experience with App Events (event-driven architecture, REST/webhooks)
Role Highlights:
• Player-Coach: hands-on coding + leading offshore team
• Design and implement Guidewire solutions end-to-end
• Work with modern Guidewire Cloud (Integration Gateway, App Events)
• Translate requirements into technical specs and drive delivery
• Stakeholder management and team mentorship
Nice to Have:
• AWS Certified Developer/Architect
• Strong technical architecture and design skills
Disqualifiers:
• Non-local candidates
• No Guidewire Cloud experience
• Unable to work hybrid (3 days onsite)
