Role Overview
We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead who can act as a player-coach—capable of mentoring the team while also being hands-on with development. The candidate must be comfortable troubleshooting integration issues such as fixing broken Apache Camel routes in the Integration Gateway and driving Guidewire solution implementation.
Required Skills
Guidewire PolicyCenter – Expert (8+ years)
Guidewire Integration – 5+ years
Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD) – 5+ years
Active Guidewire Certifications (Mandatory)
Technical Lead experience – 2+ years
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire architecture and integrations
Ability to debug and fix Apache Camel integration routes
Nice to Have
Java development experience
Technical architecture and design innovation experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
Mentor developers and guide technical decisions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Manage stakeholder communication and technical deliverables
Candidate Requirements
5–8 years overall experience (Level 8 profile)
Must be local to one of the listed locations
Must be able to work hybrid (3 days onsite)
