Job Title: Guidewire Developers / Consultants (Multiple Roles)

Location: Remote
Experience: 10–20 Years
Employment Type: Contract (C2C)

Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Guidewire professionals for multiple roles across development, configuration, and support. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in at least one Guidewire module—ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter—and experience working on large-scale insurance domain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications
  • Work on one or more modules: ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter
  • Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu and related technologies
  • Integrate Guidewire with external systems and third-party services
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solutioning
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders
  • Ensure best practices in Guidewire development and implementation

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire platform
  • Expertise in at least one: ClaimCenter / PolicyCenter / BillingCenter
  • Proficiency in Gosu programming language
  • Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain (P&C preferred)
  • Experience with web services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Knowledge of database concepts (SQL)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
