Job Title: Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter)
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a skilled Guidewire Developer with strong experience in PolicyCenter and a solid background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Guidewire applications while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Customize and configure PolicyCenter based on business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Develop integrations with external systems using Guidewire integration frameworks
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Proficiency in Gosu programming language
• Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration (SOAP/REST services)
• Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
