Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis and strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support implementation of Guidewire solutions within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support implementation and configuration of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping for insurance workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Assist in production support and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Experience working with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
