Guide Wire Cloud Lead Developer

• Customize Guidewire applications using GOSU, Java, and Guidewire APIs
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP/AWS-based deployments)
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with insurance domain standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience
• Strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
• Proficiency in GOSU, Java, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) or cloud deployments
• Strong understanding of insurance domain (P&C preferred)
• Experience with integration frameworks and APIs
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire certifications (Associate / Professional / ACE)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong leadership and client-facing consulting experience
