Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer to join our team for a long-term onsite opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development using Golang, along with experience in modern frontend technologies, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and enterprise-grade application development.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong backend development expertise using Golang (Go) for building scalable applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with frontend development using React.js.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat CoreOS (RHCOS) environments.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS Cloud.
• Strong infrastructure automation experience using Ansible.
• Experience with enterprise messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of security and vulnerability management tools such as Graylog or similar monitoring/security platforms.
• Experience working in Air-Gapped Production Environments with strict security and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and software quality best practices.
• Experience supporting and developing enterprise-grade, mission-critical applications.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in highly regulated industries and secure production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build and enhance user-facing applications using React.js.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Deploy and manage applications using OpenShift and AWS.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible.
• Integrate enterprise messaging solutions such as RabbitMQ.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow TDD best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
