If this is you, read onxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxRequirements   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 10+ years of backend development experience with 4+ years in Go programming Deep expertise in micro services architecture and distributed systems Experience with healthcare applications and FHIR/HL7 standards implementation Strong background in database design, PostgreSQL, and healthcare data modeling Knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and healthcare interoperability Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration Understanding of healthcare security and regulatory compliance requirements     Responsibilities   Lead Go development team and establish backend development best practices Architect micro services architecture for healthcare data processing and management Implement FHIR R4 server capabilities and healthcare interoperability standards Develop high-performance APIs for mobile and web application integration Ensure backend security compliance with HIPAA and military healthcare requirements Lead database design and optimization for PostgreSQL and healthcare data models Implement real-time processing capabilities with Apache Kafka integration Coordinate with DevOps team for containerization and Kubernetes deployment     Preferred Qualifications   Experience with HAPI FHIR server implementation and healthcare interoperability Background in medical informatics and clinical data management Knowledge of Apache Kafka and real-time healthcare data processing Experience with healthcare AI/ML integration and medical NLP
