Genesys Engineer
Job Description
• Design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Genesys
• Develop and configure IVR flows, call routing strategies, and reporting
• Integrate Genesys with third-party applications and APIs
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud / PureConnect / PureEngage)
• Hands-on expertise in IVR, call flows, and routing configurations
• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and contact center technologies
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience Required
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Genesys and contact center technologies
