Genesys Cloud Cx Developer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
• Lead end-to-end migration projects from legacy platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys Engage, Amazon Connect)
• Work on IVR flows, routing, queues, integrations, and analytics
• Manage API integrations, OAuth, event notifications, and data actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX
• Strong expertise in Architect, routing, outbound & digital channels
• Experience with workforce management & quality management
• Solid understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, trunking, codecs, call flows)
• Proven experience in contact center migration projects
• Genesys Cloud CX certifications (Professional / Developer / Architect) preferred
