🔹 Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, and program execution
Strong experience in banking / financial services domain
Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives
Ability to bridge business requirements with AI-driven solutions
Experience working with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
🔹 Preferred:
Experience in fraud, claims, risk, or payments domain
Knowledge of RAG, LLMs, or AI-driven workflow automation
Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
