GENAI Engineer

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific use cases.
• Integrate AI capabilities into APIs, microservices, and production systems.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, privacy, and security.
• Monitor model performance and improve latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and generative technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP techniques.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with APIs and backend development.
• Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like LLaMA).
• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with fine-tuning, RLHF, or model evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio).
