GENAI Engineer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build multi-agent & multi-step AI workflows
• Develop RAG pipelines & document retrieval systems
• Design prompts, system instructions & guardrails
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, tools & internal services
• Optimize performance (latency, accuracy, token usage)
• Create evaluation frameworks & regression tests

🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong Python programming
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings & GenAI concepts
• Prompt engineering & hallucination mitigation
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms
