Role: GenAI / AI-ML Engineer
Locations (Onsite): Seattle, WA | CA | NJ | GA | NC

Technical Must-Haves:

AWS Bedrock Mastery: Hands-on experience with Knowledge Bases, embedding models, and Claude LLMs.
Agentic Frameworks: Proficiency in AgentCore, Strands Agents SDK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
Advanced RAG: Expertise in chunking strategies, hybrid search, and RAG architecture.
Orchestration: Experience in multi-agent orchestration patterns, tool routing, and result aggregation.
Prompt Engineering: Mastery of system prompts, few-shot, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and intent classification.
Evaluation: Knowledge of RAGAS, LLM-as-judge, and accuracy benchmarking.
Optimization: Focused on LLM cost optimization, token management, and context window strategies.
Core Language: Strong Python development skills for agent and tool creation.
