Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs and multimodal models
• Build and optimize applications leveraging models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database integrations
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for domain-specific use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI systems
• Stay current with advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world problems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI architectures
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fine-tuning models and RLHF
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and model deployment
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio)
• Prior experience in leading AI/ML projects or mentoring teams
