Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of intelligent AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based applications. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building scalable, production-grade Generative AI systems and advanced AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents and RAG-based applications
Build and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
Develop scalable and production-ready AI/ML pipelines
Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs
Implement semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases
Work on Copilot Studio / AI agent frameworks
Optimize performance, accuracy, and cost of AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
Strong programming expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with:
TensorFlow / PyTorch
Hugging Face Transformers
Experience with:
LLMs (GPT, open-source models)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
Knowledge of:
Semantic Search
Embeddings
Prompt Engineering
Experience in building AI agents / chatbot systems
Strong understanding of APIs and microservices
Preferred Skills
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with ReactJS (for AI UI integration)
Familiarity with MLOps / CI-CD pipelines
