GCP Fhir API

🔧 What You’ll Do
Design and develop custom FHIR APIs on GCP
Build resource‑level endpoints (Patient, Encounter, Observation, etc.)
Define scalable data access patterns for Cloud Bigtable
Transform clinical data into FHIR‑compliant JSON
Implement filtering, pagination, search, versioning, and caching
Deploy and operate APIs using Cloud Run, GKE, or App Engine
Ensure HIPAA‑compliant security (OAuth 2.0, IAM, audit logging, encryption)
Support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production incidents
Mentor engineers and set API engineering best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in API development or data engineering
Strong hands‑on experience building custom HL7 FHIR APIs
Proven expertise with GCP (Bigtable, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions)
Solid understanding of FHIR resources and search semantics
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala
Experience with RESTful API design, security, and production support
Comfort working in regulated healthcare environments
