Functional Analyst

 
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Eligibility solutions
• Design IE enhancements including solution design, documentation and requirements gathering
• Collaborative, team player with good communication skills, system impact analysis, ability to learn business functionality
• Ability coordinate with USI for development and testing for IE enhancements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multi-stakeholder environment Responsible for gathering and developing requirements
• Responsible to coordinating development of LOE for enhancements
• Identify key business drivers for business requirements and collaborate with functional lead and development teams to build proposed solution
• Impact analysis of new changes to existing functionality
• Support and conduct JADs with state as needed
• Document design and work with state to address feedback • Provide functional input and clarifications during development, SIT UAT Requirements and Design documents, Meeting Minutes
Updates: Onsite in Salem OR alternate weeks. Must be local to Salem or Portland Oregon, or willing to relocate
