Key Responsibilities
Hands on Lead
Lead the development of a custom ecommerce (Microservices) platform , for the track assigned.
Perform and oversee code reviews, troubleshooting and fixing, guiding team and with hands-on coding as needed
Act as the SPOC for the Client for the development track, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Participate and contribute to discussions with clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Adopt a proactive approach to delivery, ensuring project objectives are met on schedule, escalate internally/externally as needed for assistance.
Take ownership and accountability for delivery, with client involvement limited to review and approvals
