Job Summary

Client is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to work directly with the Lead Developer across the full lifecycle of the Tint Wiz platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing a modern web application spanning backend services, frontend interfaces, database architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of systems end-to-end, proactively solve problems, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of the Tint Wiz web application, including backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Design, build, and enhance scalable backend services using Laravel.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend features using Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Own and manage MySQL database design, including schema creation, query optimization, indexing, and migration strategies.
• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3), ensuring system performance, uptime, and security best practices.
• Implement new product features while ensuring backward compatibility and minimizing disruption to existing users.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, including debugging API integrations and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate directly with product and support teams to translate user feedback into actionable technical improvements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Document technical solutions, architecture decisions, and system workflows to support maintainability and scalability. 

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience designing and optimizing MySQL databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EC2 and S3
• Experience with Git-based source control (GitHub preferred)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integrations
• Experience troubleshooting production systems and resolving performance issues 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in small teams or startup environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Knowledge of security best practices for web applications and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools and performance tuning
