What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred.

What will you do?     

1. Technical Leadership:

• Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

1. Project Management:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

1. Development:

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.

1. Maintenance and Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and with other departments.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and progress.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.
