Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Developer(In-Person Interview)
Location: Full-time on-site M-F in McLean, VA 

Must-Have Technical Qualifications
Backend: Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.
Frontend: Strong React UI experience.

Database: MongoDB. (No SQL required for this project; usage of Mongo DB is basic/simple).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Industry: Fintech or financial services background is highly preferred but not a hard requirement.
Tools: Git for source control; Unix shell scripting for basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications 
· 3+ years of hands-on software development experience using a modern programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, Python etc). 
· 2+ years of experience using Git for source control in a team-based development environment. 
· 2+ years of experience using Java Spring and Springboot framework 
· 2+ years of experience using Angular or React UI framework 
· Familiar with unix shell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and operational support. · Good oral and written communication skills · Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and familiarity with Agile development processes.
