Location: Hybrid – Must be based in Minnesota

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks, AWS cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable applications, leading development teams, and working in enterprise environments.
Required Skills
10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a technical lead role
Strong full-stack development experience with:
JavaScript (React / Angular)
Node.js or Java / .NET / Python
SQL
Hands-on experience with AWS services:
Lambda
API Gateway
S3
IAM
CloudWatch
Glue
Experience with CI/CD tools:
Jenkins
GitHub Actions
Terraform / CloudFormation
Strong experience in API development and integration
Experience with testing frameworks:
Jest
Cypress
Selenium
Ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional delivery
Preferred Skills
Experience in Asset Management / Investment Banking / Wealth Management
Knowledge of front-office systems (OMS, PMS, Risk Engines)
Experience with ETF platforms and fund lifecycle processes
Familiarity with:
Snowflake
Python
Event-driven architecture
Exposure to regulatory reporting or ESG data pipelines
