Epm Solutions Lead

• Executive Liaison: Act as the primary partner for the CFO’s organization; facilitate high-stakes workshops to define the future of Planning, Consolidations, and Reporting.
• Strategic Translation: Convert "Finance-speak" into crisp, actionable Functional Requirements (FRDs) that technical teams can execute without ambiguity.
• Delivery & Team Leadership: Lead a team of analysts/consultants through the full SDLC, ensuring high-quality UAT and on-time go-lives.
• Change Management: Communicate system changes, roadmap updates, and training to a global user base with clarity and influence.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an EPM Lead/Principal role (Oracle Cloud: EPBCS, FCCS, or ARCS).
• Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex technical constraints for executive audiences.
• Good understanding of Budgeting/Forecasting, Consolidations, and GAAP/IFRS.
• Proven track record of producing boardroom-quality process flows and requirement docs.

Key Competencies

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicting priorities.
• Deep knowledge of the Oracle EPM Cloud Suite.
